🐇🐢 The Price of What You See

rabbit and tortoise

ONCE UPON A SUBPLOT!

Too many people.

Too many cars.

Too many buildings fighting for space.

Land inside town was rising every month.

“Demand is here,” the Rabbit said, reviewing contracts.

“Shops are here. Rent is here. Cash flow is here.”

The Tortoise studied the outskirts.

“Demand moves,” he replied.

“It never stays in one place.”

Inside town:

High demand.

High price.

Limited entry.

Outside town:

Low demand.

Low price.

Wide entry.

The Rabbit closed deals quickly.

His clients earned rent almost immediately.

They could see their returns.

The Tortoise secured land quietly.

No traffic.

No noise.

Just position.

Months turned to years.

Inside town became crowded.

Affordable options disappeared.

Margins became tighter.

Outside town began changing.

New road approvals.

New population movement.

New businesses expanding outward.

Economics shifted.

Not because anyone wished it.

Not because anyone shouted.

Economics is not in your hands.

Population grows.

Cities expand.

Infrastructure follows pressure.

The Rabbit created income.

The Tortoise created leverage.

Both approaches worked.

One gives you cash flow faster.

One multiplies capital slower — but deeper.

Both are good.

But which is more rewarding?

The income today

or the multiplication tomorrow?
